What are cookies and how do we use them?

Cookies are small text files that websites put on your computer so the site can remember who you are. They contain a unique, but anonymous, identifier, which is usually a string of letters or numbers.

Our website uses cookies to distinguish you from other users of our website. This helps us to provide you with a good experience when you browse our website and also allows us to improve our site.

We use the following types of cookies:

  • Functional cookies. These are cookies that are required for the operation of our website.
  • Analytical/performance cookies. They allow us to recognise and count the number of visitors and to see how visitors move around our website when they are using it. This helps us to improve the way our website works, for example, by ensuring that users are finding what they are looking for easily. These cookies do not personally identify any individual user. These are usually third party cookies, which we use to deliver a better user experience.

If you were given a choice when you entered our site whether to accept or decline cookies and you failed to select one of the options, by continuing to use the site you agree to our use of cookies.

If you declined cookies, we switched off all cookies except for the functional cookies that are essential for the site to run (including a cookie which tells us that you have made this choice).

You can block all cookies (including functional cookies) by activating the setting on your browser that allows you to refuse the setting of cookies. However, if you do this you may not be able to access some parts of our site. You can find more information about enabling and disabling cookies at www.allaboutcookies.org.

The following cookies are used by our sites:

Google Analytics (_utma, _utmb, _utmc, _utmz)

These enable us to:

  • estimate our audience size and usage pattern.
  • recognise your IP address, operating system and browser type.

For more information click here. These are permanent cookies except for _utmc, which is a session cookie.

Like most websites, we use this information to make our website better for our customers. For detailed information regarding Google Analytics and Privacy please visit Safeguarding Your Data.

We do not distribute personal information to a third party.

In some areas of our website we ask you to provide information that will enable us to supply you with our services or contact you after your visit. We will also use this information to contact you to advise you of other services that may be of interest to you.

Returns, Refunds and Cancellation Policy

In the event of an issue with your payment, please get in touch with us. Refunds may only be given at the discretion of the management. Once your Badge order is under production, we renounce the right of withdrawal because the Badges are produced individually for the customer. If for some reason a product needs to be returned, we request that you contact us first for further information.

We cannot take any action on an order until all of the goods are returned to Badgers for inspection. Following the return of the goods a thorough assessment will take place following which Badgers will deem whether the return is valid or not.

If the problem relates to a production issue at Badgers then a re-print of the goods may be offered to rectify the quality issue. Because every product is custom-made to your specifications, if the order has already been produced Badgers retains the right to solely offer a re-print when seeking to rectify any problem with an order.

A refund will be offered only when an order is cancelled prior to any work being undertaken by Badgers. If you need to cancel an order you should call us on 01243378147 or contact us via email as soon as possible. Due to the short turnaround times we try to work to, your order may have already gone into production. If an order has been placed by the customer and subsequently produced by Badgers a refund will not be offered on cancellation as the goods are custom-made to clients specifications and not stock items that can be re-sold.

If a payment has been made in error, please contact us on 01243 378147, refunds are at managers discretion.

Any problem with an order should be outlined within 24 hours of receiving the goods.

Failure to inform Badgers of a problem within 24 hours of receiving the goods will mean the order is deemed to have been accepted and checked.

We do not accept returns on samples or sample packs.

Delivery Policy

The quoted delivery time is approximate. Turnaround is shown in working days which does not include weekends or public holidays.

Please note that we can not accept responsibility for any failure on the part of any courier or delivery service used to deliver goods, nor can we accept any consequential loss incurred by the customer by any action or inaction on the part of Badgers or any agent acting on behalf of Badgers.

The purchaser must advise the Company of any faults, errors or shortages within 2 days of delivery.
